RENT A BIKE CONDITIONS
1. The rented bike must return clean. Otherwise, we will charge you for cleaning the bike according to the price list (bike: 19.99 €, e-bike: 29.99 €).
2. If you rent a bike (or other products) for Saturday, we will in any case charge you for Sunday as well.
3. If you rent a bike (or other products) on the last working day before a public holiday, we will calculate the rental amount up to and including the last day of the public holiday.
4. Renting and returning rented products on Sundays and during public holidays is not possible.
5. You will be able to pick up the product the day before the first day of the paid rent after 5 pm (exception: Sundays and public holidays, when the store is closed and delivery is not possible).
6. If your rental starts on a Monday or the first day after a public holiday, you will be able to pick up the product after 9 a.m. on the day of the rental.
7. You must return the product no later than 12 noon after the last day for which you paid for the rental, otherwise we will charge you for an additional rental day.
8. When renting, you must present an identity document. If someone else has booked the bike (or other products) for you, you must also provide the order number when picking it up.
9. Renting a bike (or other products) in the store is paid for in cash or with other type of payment, but in the case of a reservation on the website, payment with a bank card is only possible.
10. An online credit card purchase of 30 % of the total rental amount for all products is required to reserve a product on the website. The amount of the reservation is taken into account at the final rental of the bike. You pay the entire rental cost when you pick up the bike (or other products). 11. You use the rented product at your own risk!
12. For each day of delay in returning the product, we will charge you additional two days.
13. If you are more than five days late in returning the item, Spica sport, Ales Leben, s. p., debit the personal account or credit card and report the theft of the product to the police.
14. If you return the rented product damaged, and the damage is not the result of normal use, we will charge you for repair of the product according to the valid price list of services of Spica sport, Ales Leben, s. p., and we will also charge you for reduction in the value of the bike due to damage.
15. In case of damage or loss of the rented bike or equipment, the user is responsible for compensation up to a maximum of 90 % of the retail price of the rented product. The user expressly agrees that his personal bank account will be debited to the credit of the company Spica sport up to the amount of the cost of the damage, which is estimated in our store.
16. You can pick up the reserved product at the Špica šport store in Kamnik, but we can also deliver it to you at your location. Mileage for delivery is calculated according to the current price list.
17. Bicycles can only be rented by adults.
BENEFITS: 2 day rental 15 % discount, 3-7 day rental 25 % discount, 8 or more day rental 35 % discount. It is charged in the store when you pick up the bike.
Warning: Bicycle rental (delivery and reception) is possible only from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 7 pm and on Saturdays between 9 am and 12 pm.
